| ParaNorth is not to be held responsible for any money lost. We are not to be held responsible for any transactions of money lost. We will not continue to work on the requested service if the fee for that service is not received. If such an event does occur, we reserve the right to terminate our services with the customer until further payment is received.
The customer has a right to terminate services without paying the entire fee and without receiving the requested service. The original down payment will not be returned as it will be kept for the already made efforts of the ParaNorth staff of web designers. If the customer does not pay the fee of their chosen services within seven (7) day after the website is complete, all part of the website will be taken off the internet and kept for one (1) month during which the customer can get their website on the internet by paying a $20 late fee.
ParaNorth reserves the right to make changes in the "Terms and Conditions" from time to time without notice. Such changes will occur without creating a liability or change in service to existing customers only. New customers who request services will be obligated to abide by the most recent update on the "Terms of Services" before the request was made. |

| ParaNorth will not use the customers' personal information in any way and it will in no way be shared with any third-party. All personal information will be kept confidential. ParaNorth will in no way exploit any financial information or other personal information recieved.
